思沃文(wen)(wen)秘日(ri)常練(lian)習仿真系(xi)統以(yi)培(pei)(pei)養學(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)秘職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)崗位(wei)能(neng)力為(wei)(wei)(wei)核心(xin),根據專業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)(pei)養目標(biao)、文(wen)(wen)秘職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)崗位(wei)能(neng)力需(xu)求和(he)前后(hou)續課程的(de)銜接(jie),參照文(wen)(wen)秘職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)資格標(biao)準,以(yi)必(bi)需(xu)夠用為(wei)(wei)(wei)度,統籌考慮和(he)選取教(jiao)學(xue)內(nei)(nei)容。體現(xian)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)道德培(pei)(pei)養和(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)素養養成的(de)需(xu)要(yao),以(yi)真實工作任務為(wei)(wei)(wei)載(zai)體設計教(jiao)學(xue)過(guo)程,采(cai)用綜合(he)(he)化(hua)與模(mo)塊(kuai)(項目)化(hua)相結(jie)合(he)(he)的(de)方(fang)式構建課程的(de)內(nei)(nei)容體系(xi)。每一(yi)工作任務為(wei)(wei)(wei)一(yi)基本模(mo)塊(kuai),每一(yi)模(mo)塊(kuai)與特定的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)能(neng)力培(pei)(pei)養相結(jie)合(he)(he),整個實訓過(guo)程以(yi)實訓任務為(wei)(wei)(wei)載(zai)體將以(yi)上模(mo)塊(kuai)互(hu)相交(jiao)融,以(yi)便學(xue)生(sheng)踏入(ru)社會后(hou)能(neng)適應(ying)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)崗位(wei)(群)的(de)需(xu)要(yao)。教(jiao)、學(xue)、做(zuo)相結(jie)合(he)(he),強(qiang)化(hua)學(xue)生(sheng)能(neng)力培(pei)(pei)養。
本軟件總(zong)體(ti)目(mu)標,是(shi)遵循“以(yi)職(zhi)業素質為本位(wei)、以(yi)職(zhi)業能(neng)力為核心、以(yi)職(zhi)業活動和工作(zuo)過(guo)程為導向”這(zhe)一(yi)原則,通過(guo)創設條件、導入項目(mu),采用(yong)任務(wu)驅動、角色(se)扮演(yan)等,使學生置身于(yu)職(zhi)業情境中,充(chong)分發揮(hui)學生的(de)主(zhu)動性、積極(ji)性和創新性,在(zai)具體(ti)的(de)的(de)任務(wu)訓練中實現職(zhi)業技能(neng)培養、能(neng)力拓展(zhan)和綜合素養提升等目(mu)的(de)。

軟件(jian)分為管理員(yuan)、教師、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)三(san)種角色,以3D動(dong)畫情景展示(shi)項目任(ren)務驅動(dong)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)自主學(xue)(xue)習,把學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)帶入一(yi)個(ge)虛擬現實(shi)的學(xue)(xue)習場景中。學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)對照這些演(yan)示(shi)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)就能比較全面地了解實(shi)際工作(zuo)中的操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)流程(cheng),并按照操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)演(yan)示(shi)的指引完成模擬操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)。
